Our FAMILY meals are designed to be your family’s main meal for the day and typically satisfy an adult couple and 2-4 children depending on the age and activity level of the children. They contain 4 SINGLE portions – this equates to 8oz green salad with vinaigrette, 20-32oz Animal Protein, 24oz Vegetable Side and 8-12oz Condiment. This is 4 large meals or 6 medium sized meals. Customers feeding hungry teenagers often select an additional Vegetable Side to stretch a meal and fill everyone up with even more nutrient dense food.
