You may have noticed some changes underway at our Hale Street storefront. WholeMade Kitchen has taken over the former Chicken or the Eggplant location and completely transformed it to launch a brand new way to incorporate ancestral eating into your lifestyle. As we get closer to opening day in late June, I wanted to share some of the milestones we've hit as our metamorphosis has progressed and the first WholeMade Broth Bar is launched.
We've cleared off the old window decals to get the windows ready for our new WholeMade Kitchen logo.
Our new cabinetry and counters are under construction this week.
We've taken delivery of some shiny new refrigeration equipment.
and our little kitchen has had a major facelift ready for it's transformation into a Broth Bar and retail foodery.
Next week, We will unveil our new menu concept, the WholeMade Meal Map and explain how you will be able to fully customize every meal to your bioindividual needs including curating your meals to be compliant with the Whole 30, Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) or Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD). As always, our entire paleo-inspired ancestral menu will be free of gluten, dairy, corn, soy, refined sugar and industrial seed oils. There's still lots to do so stay tuned as we countdown to opening day later this month.
