Each Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning from 8-8:45am you will join a LIVE GROUP TRAINING WEBINAR.
There is so much strength and energy that comes from exercising with others. There is a great sense of community and commitment that evolves when we move together.
You will gain strength, balance, metabolic conditioning and mobility.
Each workout is 45 min consisting of a dynamic warm up, strength & conditioning, core, cool down and stretch.
You will learn proper form and there are always modifications and alternatives to make this work for you – wherever you are on your fitness journey.
You will need a mat, dumbbells (other heavy item to lift), small resistance band ( provided if needed) and a step or bench.
If you are unable to join at the time of the live workout, you will also receive a link to the recording so you can complete the workout in your own time.
